About Magna Kultura Foundation

Magna Kultura Foundation is an arts and cultural organization NGO implementing educational, cultural, and socio-civic programs at the grassroots of society; supporting civic groups and organizations with social entrepreneurial skills and capabilities to improve the well-being Filipino citizens and communities. 

Magna Kultura Foundation conducts cultural performances, exhibits and workshops in theatre arts, music, and the visual arts.  In addition to these, Magna Kultura is an advocate of Philippine Culture, conducting outreach programs promoting the Games of our Heritage (Larong Pinoy). 

The programs implemented by Magna Kultura transforms people and communities. In all areas of operation, it influences citizens to become advocates for community development and social progress. Magna Kultura harness the talents of local people, building their capacity to sustain projects, to create a more lasting legacy.

Magna Kultura Foundation is a non-government organization registered with the Securities Exchange Commission with CN 200312428.  The Foundation was established on June 2, 2003 by Ricardo Miguel Aguado who is the Chairman of the Board  and Chief Executive Officer.


IN KEEPING WITH TRADITION, MAGNA KULTURA FOUNDATION REVIVES THE GAMES OF OUR HERITAGE IN THE MAINSTREAM OF SOCIETY FOR EVERY FILIPINO TO ENJOY.


Larong Pinoy is a cultural treasure that is close to the hearts of Filipinos, encompassing generations, from grandparents, to parents, youth & toddlers.  It is the games of our heritage (Laro ng Lahi).  These favorite Filipino traditional street games like patintero, tumbang preso, piko, sipa, luksong tinik,, siyato, holen, trumpo, and other street games.  

Larong Pinoy is an advocacy of Magna Kultura Foundation. Larong Pinoy Sports Clinic and Tournament are organized by Magna Kultura Foundation in the Philippines to revive the games back in  the mainstream Philippine society.  On top of using the games as a vehicle to enliven communities, the Filipino Games is a subtle tool for instilling the spirit of patriotism among the new generation of Filipino youth, even as it brings to life fond memories among adults and elderly citizens.
